FORMER YDP PERKASA SABAH DATUK JEFFRY ROSMAN INVOLVED IN CHEATING CASES RM90,-000

TAWAU:- The Club President of BN Government Supporters    Datuk Mohd Jeffrey   Rosman pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate's Court yesterday to two counts of fraud involving a sum of RM90, 000.00.

Jeffry who has served in positions as President of Perkasa Sulawesi and later positions as President of the natives have been removed for some reason and then he set up the BN backbenchers club based in Tawau.

In testimony in court accused Jeffey Rosman 40, admitted not guilty before Magistrate Suhaila Selag on both charges read against him.

Jeffrey is now facing charges under Section 420 of the Penal Code which carries a jail term of up to 10 years and caning saga once a fine if convicted.

The first charge alleged to have deceived a nation Jeffrey chinese Mr Tey Yee Joon 60, to include a sum of RM30, 000 to his account 160 036 918 941.

The transaction is said to get the offer letter project to build futsal courts in Lahad Datu from the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia.

Jeffrey allegedly committed the acts involved in Maybank Road Fajar Complex Court Tawau at about 3.30pm on August 28 last year.

In the meantime the accused is also alleged to have deceived the same victim in the same place for the same purpose at a total cash of RM60, 000 on 4 September 2013 at about 3:30 pm.

Magistrate Suhaila set the date March 10, 2014 to manage and offer a money back guarantee of RM10, 000 for each charge with two sureties of RM20, 000.

At the same time he also allowed the prosecution's application to the court arrested Jeffrey's passport.

Jeffery has also competed in the general election for the Assembly Sebatik 13 on Star Party ticket against BN candidate Abdul Muis Picho but lost
