BATU
SAPI:- The 300-feet long road linking
Unicorn Chinese Temple to the main Jalan Batu Sapi will be upgraded soon with
allocation from the Batu Sapi Member of Parliament (MP) Fund.
The
temple which is located at a foothill in the Batu Sapi area was built almost
four decades ago. The existing gravel road
which leads to the temple is bumpy and the potholes on the road surface
requires repair.
Batu Sapi
MP Datuk Linda Tsen Thau Lin visited the temple during her routine “turun
padang” programme and met with temple committees.
Linda had
agreed to utilize her MP Fund to upgrade the existing road to concrete (road)
following a request from them.
The
concrete road when completed will make access to the temple more convenient for
worshippers and visitors.
Also present
were Head Liaison Officer of Batu MP Office Kong Nyuk Thou and temple
committees led by Li Chung Lip.
